If your TAS proves to be deffective through faulty workmanship or materials,we will replace it free of charge. Should you damage your TAS unit or the Disk, we are able to repair and/or refurbish at reasonable rates. If you are an International Customer, we promise to do our very best to replace, repair and refurbish your TAS to your satisfaction. If products are returned due to accidental damage, a contribution towards postal/shipping costs will be payable. We reserve the right to refuse to supply TAS products, without explanation, to customers in countries where import controls or other restrictions may be applicable and/or where our export of these products is deemed illegal under any State or International Laws. Where required, we will approach the UK Authorities for the necessary licences before products are shipped to customers overseas.
